Negotiations have already been launched,” he said.

	“Rusfintekh” company lost competition for golden share in Novosibirsk Aircraft Repair Plant (NARP). The company did not manage to acquire from the main shareholder (Russian Helicopter Company) lacking 14.5% of shares and sold its 19.6% to “Oboronprom” company. Novosibirsk assets will enable holding to close its production chain.
