Leasing operations

ZAO Oboronpromlizing was established in 2003 to promote the technological upgrade of defence industry enterprises.

ZAO Oboronpromlizing:

• provides 100 percent financing for equipment procurement, without any prepayments or pledges, for enterprises which actively cooperate with and have supply contracts made through Rosoboronexport State Corporation;
• creates favourable conditions for imports of unique technological equipment;
• does not charge enterprises any extra fees; the remuneration of ZAO Oboronpromlizing is based only on the part of the enterprises' net savings through the use of leasing;
• ensures a cost of raising funds at or above 5 percent per annum;
• helps minimize losses that may be caused by insufficient knowledge of specific legal, accounting, customs, and tax risks inherent in equipment purchase.
